Approved booking only

COD or transport-COD is confirmed only through the SCV-approved workflow and the relevant agreement. Do not send money to a personal employee account.

Advance, balance and delivery

Any advance, balance collection, transport charge or COD split depends on the approved tier terms, actual transport arrangement and recorded order decision.

Cancellation and exceptions

Cancellation, undelivered parcel, damage, COD settlement and transport-support exceptions are reviewed against the applicable signed terms and recorded service case.
