A delivered order may be reviewed for damaged-product evidence or an approved exchange where the applicable terms allow it. Invoice, product details and clear evidence are required.
Decision and next step
SCV reviews the recorded case under the applicable policy. A request does not by itself approve a refund, replacement or exchange.
